Overview[edit]
The Buzzbox is an entry-level SMG that prioritises spray-and-pray handling. It fires quickly with minimal recoil, making it great for mowing down weak crowds. Its low damage per shot limits effectiveness later, but Beast upgrades extend its life as a swarm control tool.
Beast Upgrades[edit]
- Hive Sprayer – Increased magazine and reload speed; recoil rises slightly.
- Hornet Storm – Stronger DPS and tighter drift; mag expands further.
- Plague of Bees – Final form; maximum mag size and blistering rate of fire turn the Buzzbox into a swarm-shredding hose.
Tips[edit]
- Reliable for early crowd control, especially in tight maps.
- Keep an eye on ammo economy — damage per bullet is low, so you’ll chew through reserves quickly.
- Upgrading helps, but Buzzbox peaks as a horde-clearer; ARs or rifles are better for single-target damage.
